We charge $35 for each half hour we spend working on your behalf. Any time remaining can be used during one or more future support sessions without any additional charge.
Payments
We accept credit card payments by phone or online through our website.

Example 1
A customer wanted two home computers to share a single printer; it took us 5 minutes to set this up. The customer also wanted a 25 minute computer lesson.
Cost: $35.
Example 2
A small business customer with 8 employees needed an email solution. We helped find a great domain name, and then configured the email accounts they required.
Cost: $70.
Example 3
A customer had a PC that was infected by a number of viruses and ran extremely slowly. We did the following:
- Installed antivirus and firewall suite
- Ran multiple scans to remove all 52 viruses and spyware programs
- Installed three years worth of updates to Microsoft Office
- Updated AOL and the other 10+ applications on customer's computer
- Removed the customer's unwanted applications that were also unsafe
Although it took the customer's PC much of the day to complete these tasks, we only needed to spend two hours working on the customer's behalf.
