About Us

ASK-4-HELP.COM was founded in 2006 with the mission of providing the best and safest computer support experience possible. We believe computer support should be quick, easy, and stress-free.

We use GoToAssist™ remote assistance to provide worldwide service to individuals and small businesses from our location outside of Boston, Massachusetts.

President

ASK-4-HELP.COM is headed by Seth Berger. Seth has a Master's degree in mathematics from Stanford University, a Master's degree in physics from Harvard University, has studied finance and business at the Harvard Business School, and has taken computer courses at the Harvard Extension School. He is an expert with Windows PC computers and programs in a number of languages.
