Virus, Spyware, and Adware Removal
Keeping your computer free of bad programs that intend to do you or your computer harm is what antivirus and antispyware software is all about. Without such software, your computer is vulnerable to viruses and spyware that make unauthorized changes to your computer and send confidential information from your computer's hard drive to other computers around the world.

Software and Security Updates
Security alerts are announced for commonly used software on almost a weekly basis, and so keeping your software up-to-date can be quite daunting! We offer to update your software with all released security patches on a one-time, monthly, quarterly, or annual basis.

Microsoft Office
Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) are used to send email and create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations. If you need assistance installing, configuring, using, or troubleshooting any Microsoft Office application, we can help!
Microsoft Windows
Microsoft Windows is the operating system on most PC computers. It helps decide which program activity and user actions should be allowed and which should be disallowed. When Windows in configured incorrectly, others may have access to information on your computer and be allowed to install applications when they should not have these privileges.

We support all versions of Windows, including Windows Vista. We can also help you decide whether to upgrade your current computer to Windows Vista.
Windows Drivers
Drivers allow hardware (e.g., monitors, printers, scanners, and cameras) to work properly with your computer. Without the correct drivers, your hardware may not function properly, or worse, your computer may crash at seemingly random times.
If you have hardware that is not working properly, or if your computer is crashing frequently and you suspect it may be caused by a bad driver, we can help!
Firewalls
Keeping your computer safe from intruders is what software and hardware firewalls are all about. Some firewalls can even help prevent spyware from sending sensitive information from your computer to other computers.

Networks and Routers
Networks connect computers to other computers, printers, scanners, TiVos, and many other types of devices. When networks function properly, computers can do their jobs. When networks are "down," computers and the people using them can become quite frustrated!
